We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe an order has been placed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, a binding contract for the sale of goods is formed. Order confirmation is sent by email to the address you provide at checkout.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of confirmed payment. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a specified threshold (as displayed on the Site at the time of purchase). Shipping costs for orders below the threshold are displayed at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@luminaewellness.net.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in full at luminaewellness.net/pages/returns. Refunds are available for unused, unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery, and for products reported as faulty or defective within 30 days of the fault arising.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened or used products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Product Use and Safety
The Luminae Pro Mask is a cosmetic wellness device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read the product instructions before use.
Do not use the device if you are pregnant, have a history of photosensitivity, are taking photosensitising medications, have active skin infections or open wounds in the treatment area, or have been advised by a medical professional not to use light therapy devices.
